For each record returned, you will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
In order to obtain a record match, you must have a correct license number and last name OR correct first name, last name, and date of birth.
An MVR will display citation, arrests, suspensions, and revocation. Most information is displayed for three years. DUI or drug-related charges will display for ten years.
Prior to releasing record, we will email you an invoice to pay the fee by credit card or other method
This request will provide the Drivers License Report and the legal residential address, as self reported, of the driver.
